LED light for algae?

Anyone tried using LED light to grow green water? If so any particular ones needed?

LED light for algae?

I have been using a 5k flood light typical base for a lamp at 7 watts enough for 4-2 liter bottles to grow nanno. $10 at Home Depot. Seems to do the trick.

BTW.... New here, first post!

i want to try the led red 660 nm and blu 470nm for the algae. someone have a experience on them?
