Discussion Topics, how and why?

This forum is for discussion topics on a regular 2 weekly basis.

The general idea is,

A discussion topic is posted on a Monday morning (Australian time) or Sunday afternoon (USA time).
Discussion topics will last for 2 weeks.
- at the end of the 2 weeks topics will be locked and archived discussions further to the topic can be held in the relevant section of the site.
- this is to keep topics focused and clear.
Post all discussion topics in this thread viewtopic.php?f=263&t=5155 Basically anything you would like to know about. ranging from simple to complex, everything is good.

I hope that everyone will participate, and really we need everyone to participate. It requires everyone to throw their 2 cents worth in to make it really a great learning idea.
