P. Porphyreus "strawberry" questions

Postby Josh1919 » Tue May 05, 2009 9:15 pm

I just recieved two of these and I've done research but I still have questions. Will thee change sex like the p. Fridmani nothing I have read says yes or no just that there is no external differences. How hard is it to raise young? And how much aggression is normal I mean between just establishng dominance and trying to kill each other I know in some fish some agression is just part of mating. Any help would really help me I always find mofib is they place to go when the books don't tell enough. Josh

they will change sex just put them in the same tank and wait, the last time i waited for almost 9 months until thay begin breeding, thay are very agresive so you should have a large tank ( mine is a very large one almost 1000 galons) but thay mate and have babies with all olther fishes there
