Paste Receipe

Paste Receipe

Postby JulioC » Thu Jul 02, 2015 11:29 am

Hello,

I made my first batch of pasta with shrimp, fish, clams, Chard (spinach has hight nitrate levels), brocolli and squid. I have some ingredients left I plan to use.

Do you think that adding rotiffers or fresh water fish eggs will be beneficial? I think enriched rottifers are OK but I don´t know about fresh water fish eggs. I have acces to those eggs.

The fish is actually a saltwater fish that during winter enters a riber to reproduce. I´m not sure about fat content of the eggs and if that will be a problem or not.

If they are OK, how much should I use?

Julio,I don´t think you should bother into adding rots or pejerrey eggs in your paste recipe. You can get ovaries full of eggs (huevas) at the fish market.Guess you are missing some HUFA or at least some squid or fish oil :?
