FishBase and SeaLifeBase databases

Many of the regulars here know about and use these resources, just thought I'd add them for newer users. Some of the best research references easily available are fishbase.org, for fish of all types, and sealifebase.org, for non-fish sea life.

What sort of information do these websites offer and how can I make use of them to start my adventures in breeding marine fish? I use to breed freashwater fish but that was 10 years ago, my passion lies with Marine fish and corals. Since I'm new at this any help would be greatly apprecited.
