Hallo Luis

Für viele ist sie auch nicht Interessant ,
aber als Futtergarnele für die Seepferdchenzüchter schon.

Hey folks,

I managed all of this one thread except for the last piece. Have done BabelFish translation, googled and still no luck.

So, please can someone translate Seepferdchenzuechter for me.
My gut says Sea Horse but not 100% sure.

Seahorse breeder :D
He is interested in these shrimp as live food for them.

Thanks Luis,

That is just one word that would not translate no matter how hard I tried.

You´re welcome! :D
See=sea
Pferdchen=little horse
Züchter=breeder

One of the problems in German translating is that they tie many words together,like wagons of a train (or sausages,German invention :) ).Unless you know the words,you don´t know where the limit between words is.
I found it the hard way,when I was a kid (already an aquarist).I got a great fish book,"Das süsswasser Aquarium"(the FW Aquarium) and a German-Spanish dictionary!. :roll:

Luis,

the one from Hans Frey? Have it too - from 1972. I love the drawings. Will always keep it to smile about where this all began ...
Take care
