Porcelain Crab Larvae (Porcellana sayana? Breeding Log??)

Do you know where they came from? If it was the Caribbean they look a lot like Petrolisthes galathinus to me. Also does anyone know how to positively sex these?

Nice work on the porcelain crabs. Coincidentally, my friend Dr.Jonathon Stillman has written a nice porcelain crab article which will be running in the next issue alongside your article. Small world! -Jim

I understand that this thread has been dead for a while, but could you tell me what the broodstock diet is? Are they scavengers, or are they target-fed?

The have the same available food as the rest of the tank, a wide range of pellets, flakes, frozen, brine, mysis etc.

BTW, Jim mentioned an article, here it is - http://www.reefhobbyistmagazine.com/arc ... ue_9-8.htm
