first food substitution ?

Postby Derwins » Thu Aug 08, 2013 4:12 pm

I have just had in the afternoon, eggs of ocellaris..
The problem it is because it is an unexpected laying(eggs).!

While I concentrate on the productions of copépodes, I a little put of quoted(esteemed) my cultures of rotifères, and I am afraid of having no it enough...
Stupid and probably already put question, is what there is substitution food?
(I have of the otohime A1 75/150 µ and INVE BS eggs)

If you manage to keep them alive till day 5,you saved them,so it is worth give raising a try!
Give them all the rots that you have, plus the copepods.Add algae,so perhaps these will multiply.
If obviously not enough, and you don´t see full bellies, start adding Otohime B1.
And in day 3 you could put some few BBS and see if they take it.They will take it by day 4.
Bonne chance,je te souhait! 8)

thank you again ..
with the exception of a strain of backup, all phytoplankton is spent to boost production rotifers ...
So I have six days to me to increase the population ..

i'dont have Oto B1but something equivalent..and i also have Oto A1 ..smallest than B1,
The INVE bbs is the smallest i found ..and all copepods were reserved for future mandarins fry , so no more than half will be devoted to the clown! (who said "stubborn"?)
