Orchid dottyback- fridmani larva problem

I have couple of fridmani dottyback laying egg every week. here is the eggs. https://vimeo.com/299174796 But my problem is all my larval can live max. 3 days.I have 20 gallon larval tank and and fill the half of the tank .keep the heath at 28-29 C.First day ı use phitoplancton and rotifers. And white led power lamb.Here is the 3 day old larval. https://vimeo.com/299174551 I thouht they were starvin but under microscope i think larval’s stomach is full of Phitoplankton.I give the dried phitoplankton mixed with saltwater.ı give the Rotifers undrilled.ı tried the broodstocks water and the new salt water but nothing changed.whats my fault? What should ı do?please help me
