Roe - Round two

A couple of weeks ago, I tried anchovas roe (Engraulis ringens), and it does not work as I expected.
Now it is time for another try.
I got some roe from a fish called here as Corvina (Micropogonias furmeri).
Is there a better or a correct way to cook or freeze or "I do not know" to prepare it before feeding?

I´d like to try some roe too.
How do everyone use it ? Fresh and raw ?
Do you guys cook it ? Store it frozen ?

Of course I´m talking about the ones you give to the fishes :lol:

fresh is best, thawed is ok

never cooked
