Light for broodstock?

Light for broodstock?

Postby Frankyreef » Thu Dec 12, 2013 12:45 pm

Hello guys!
I will order the future system of light for my fish room.
I expect to install T8 fluo of 36W. But I don't know how many...
Previously, for clownfish, I installed 2x36W for 2m of aquaria.
Perhaps it is better to put 4x36W for 2m (to have 2 fluos on ech aquaria). I will have not only clownfish, but Pseudochromis, Gramma, Gobies, Blennie, etc...
Any advises? T5 is more expensive but better?
Thank you very much for your help!
Have a nice evening (or morning if you are in the opposite side of the world!!!)

LED? I thought that it was very expensive to buy a system.
Foe sure, it is very economic in the time.
Do you have a reference or a picture of your system?
Thank you per advance!

I buy reels of high intensity outside use cool white strips and cut them as needed.I place it under the cover glass, directly over the water.
One strip is enough for my systems, but if you need more light you can add more.
